These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tabMeister (“Service,” “Software,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By using tabMeister, you agree to these Terms.

 1. Use of Service
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use tabMeister for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to misuse, copy, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the Service.

 2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

 3. Data & Availability Disclaimer
While we strive to provide reliable cloud syncing and storage, you acknowledge that:

Software systems may experience interruptions
Data loss, syncing delays, or outages may occur
Browser, device, or third-party failures are beyond our control
You agree that tabMeister is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent data preservation.

Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of critical information.

 4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greatest & Latest, Inc. and tabMeister shall not be liable for:

Loss of data
Loss of productivity
Business interruption
Indirect or consequential damages
System failures beyond our control
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

 5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greatest & Latest, Inc., its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of tabMeister.

 6. Refund Policy

Free Trial
We offer a 7-day full-access. No payment or credit card is required to begin the trial. After the trial period ends, a paid subscription is required to continue full access.

Annual Subscription (Pro Plan)
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase.

After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable.
If you cancel your annual subscription, access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial use.

Lifetime Plan
Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days, all Lifetime payments are final and non-refundable.

 Upgrades from Annual to Lifetime
Users who upgrade from the Annual plan to the Lifetime plan within 30 days of their Annual purchase will receive a full credit of their Annual payment toward the Lifetime plan.

Upgrades requested after 30 days of Annual purchase are not eligible for credit.

Upon successful Lifetime purchase, any active Annual subscription will be cancelled.

 Chargebacks
We reserve the right to suspend accounts associated with payment disputes or chargebacks until the matter is resolved.

Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channel.

7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of tabMeister after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in New York courts.
